Haha I have been telling people cuy tastes like duck too! The crisp fatty skin layer over juicy meat reminded exactly of duck.

These footnotes are great. Do you do them after the fact after reading your post? That you don’t throw them in the body makes it more exciting when you get to the end.

I had cuy at a restaurant in Miraflores I think. They cooked it like Peking Duck. As such, I think cuy tastes like Peking Duck.
